Job summary

You will coordinate with clients, internal teams, recruiters, and leadership to align on goals, timelines, and quality while managing staffing needs and onboarding. The ideal candidate has federal delivery expertise, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

The ideal candidate will have strong federal delivery experience, excellent client-facing communication, and the ability to manage teams, resolve issues, and ensure successful contract performance.

Preferred Experience:

Experience supporting FEMA, DHS, or federal government contracts.

Strong understanding of federal program delivery and client management.
