Job summary

Harnham partners with a highly regarded national law firm to recruit Practice Innovation Attorneys who will shape AI-enabled legal workflows across complex litigation and patent prosecution. You will act as the bridge between practicing attorneys, practice leadership, clients and technology teams to implement production-ready AI and automation solutions.

The role emphasizes building AI-ready knowledge systems, playbooks, model documents and reusable work products while training attorneys in

Qualifications

JD and state bar admission required.
Experience practicing within a law firm preferred.
Strong interest in technology and innovation in legal practice.

Responsibilities

Bridge practicing attorneys, practice leadership, clients and tech teams to identify AI-enabled workflow improvements.
Lead pilots, proofs of concept and implementations of new legal technologies.
Design better legal workflows by understanding how legal work gets done and translating to AI-ready processes.
Train attorneys on prompting and workflow automation and promote adoption.
Evaluate emerging legal tech vendors and build-versus-buy opportunities.
