Allworth Financial seeks a Practice Growth Consultant to drive high-impact coaching and change leadership for financial advisors. Partnering with regional leaders and cross-functional teams, you will accelerate adoption of practice management strategies, sharpening advisor effectiveness and client value.

The role requires credibility in financial services, strong coaching instincts, and a bias for execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services
• 5+ years coaching Financial Advisors/Consultants
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and practice management
• Series 65 or 7/66 preferred
• Certifications such as CFP/ChFC/PFS/CFA/CIC/CWS/EA preferred

Responsibilities

• Understand Allworth advisor network and value proposition.
• Coach advisors and field leadership on core practice management capabilities.
• Drive adoption of planning tools like MoneyGuide Pro, Holistiplan, Wealth.com.
• Mentor advisors with practical coaching and field-ready best practices.
• Partner with Directors to build growth-focused plans.
• Use data to tailor coaching strategies per advisor/team.
• Field questions and escalate with product/planning/tech as needed.
• Collaborate to shape advisor content and tech adoption.
• Deliver one-on-one coaching and workshops for impact.
• Support onboarding through Allworth Academy and Integrations.
