Ameritas is seeking a Practice Management Consultant to deliver coaching, consulting, and development solutions that drive advisor growth and firm profitability. This hybrid role is based in Lincoln, NE with travel across the United States.

You will lead regional practice management initiatives, design advisor development programs, and collaborate with Education & Development to accelerate growth and long‑term success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience consulting with financial advisors or financial services practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong facilitation and coaching with the ability to influence advisor outcomes.
• Series 6/7 required; Series 7 and 66 desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional practice management initiatives to drive advisor growth through coaching, education, and strategic business planning.
• Consult with advisors and firms to improve business performance through practice management strategies.
• Design and deliver advisor development programs and coaching to drive accountability and measurable results.
• Develop and enhance practice management tools, resources, and value-added solutions to increase revenue and productivity.
• Advise on continuity, succession, and acquisition planning to support business sustainability.
• Collaborate with Education & Development and Onboarding teams to accelerate growth and long-term success.
• Partner with VPs, wholesalers, and other stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and expand adoption of services.
• Utilize Salesforce and other systems to measure program effectiveness and track outcomes.
