Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Practice Group Manager to lead on-site teams across multiple offices in Decatur/Atlanta area. You will provide direction, coaching, and support to clinicians and office staff, ensuring workflows align with established clinical, operational, and financial objectives.

This role requires strong leadership, performance management, and collaboration with Operations Director and Clinical Directors to drive service excellence and patient access to care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of healthcare leadership OR 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience required.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage performance and engagement of direct reports (Clinicians, Lead Practice Coordinator, Practice Coordinator(s), Medical Services Coordinator(s)).
• Provide operational oversight and support for therapists and prescribers within the practice group.
• Coordinate with Clinical Leadership Team, Regional Medical Director, APRN Director, and Clinical Director to ensure service delivery aligns with LFST expectations, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee escalation of patient complaints and partner with clinical/medical leadership to drive resolution.
• Build a high performing team through selection, training, and performance management; act as a positive culture carrier.
