Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare leadership or related field required.
• 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience required.
• Experience leading clinicians and office staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance targets including revenue, margin and EBITDA for the practice group.
• Coordinate and ensure offices operate smoothly per LifeStance SOPs and resolve facility issues.
• Monitor monthly KPIs and provide action plans for performance improvements.
• Build and lead a high-performing office team and be a positive culture carrier.
• Provide administrative support and collaboration with clinical leadership.
