Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience required.
• 2 years of clinic experience preferred.
• Orthodontic or dental experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations with support from the Doctor.
• Manage controllable costs including labor hours and supplies.
• Handle patient escalations to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPPA, and State Dental Board regulations.

They are responsible for achieving all profit and loss goals. Practice Directors participate in marketing activities to improve local brand reputation.How you’ll make us better:Partner with the Doctor to create a positive clinical culture, ensuring team behaviors reflect both clinical excellence and high patient care standardsLead by example with professionalism, integrity, and a positive demeanor, ensuring the office culture reflects company valuesEnsures clinic team is trained on and adopts new tools, protocols and initiativesUnderstand and monitor Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to achieve monthly goalsBuilding relationships within the local dental community and participates in local marketing effortsManage controllable costs including but not limited to labor hours and suppliesServe as a liaison between the Doctor and the team regarding team member work assignments and schedules, clinical priorities, and job performanceHandle patient escalations to resolve in a mutually beneficial wayCovers roles in the clinic when business demandsFollow established protocols to ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPPA and State Dental Board regulationsYour special skills:We’re proud of our company culture and heritage of awesomeness.
