Smile Doctors Affiliate seeks a Practice Director to oversee orthodontic clinic operations, driven by profitability, patient experience, and team leadership. You will partner with the Doctor to shape culture, train staff on new tools, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while advancing local marketing efforts.

You will manage costs, lead scheduling, and resolve patient escalations, with a focus on maintaining a high standard of care and seamless clinic performance.

Qualifications

• Two years of clinic supervisory experience required (internal candidates).
• Orthodontic or dental experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong coaching and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations with the Doctor, including team management and scheduling.
• Drive growth, profitability, and patient experience; monitor P&L and monthly targets.
• Participate in local marketing to improve brand reputation.
• Lead and model professional, patient-centric office culture.
• Manage costs including labor hours and supplies; ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
• Serve as liaison between Doctor and team; cover clinic roles as needed.

They are responsible for achieving all profit and loss goals.
