Job summary

Smile Doctors is seeking a Clinic Manager to join our growing team. The Clinic Manager oversees clinic operations with support from the Doctor, including people management, driving growth, profitability and patient experience.

You will monitor P&L, manage costs including labor and supplies, coordinate scheduling, and lead local marketing efforts to enhance brand reputation. This role requires strong communication, coaching, and a commitment to a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years of clinic experience within Smile Doctors or affiliated practice clinic.
• 2 years of supervisory experience required.
• Orthodontic or dental experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinic operations with support from the Doctor, including people management, driving growth, profitability and patient experience.
• Understand and monitor Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to achieve monthly goals.
• Build relationships within the local dental community and participate in local marketing efforts.
• Serve as a liaison between the Doctor and the team regarding team member work assignments and schedules, clinical priorities, and job performance.
