Smile Doctors Affiliate in Denham Springs, LA seeks a Clinic Manager to oversee daily clinic operations with the Doctor, driving growth, profitability and exceptional patient experience. You will lead a team, manage schedules, monitor P&L, and ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental board rules.

This role requires 2+ years supervisory experience; orthodontic or dental background is preferred. A strong coaching approach and excellent communication are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience required (internal or external).
• Orthodontic or dental experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee clinic operations with support from the Doctor and drive growth and profitability.
• Lead the clinic team, manage schedules, and ensure patient experience.
• Monitor P&L, control costs, and participate in local marketing efforts.
• Act as liaison between Doctor and team regarding assignments and performance.
• Handle patient escalations and ensure OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental board compliance.

They are responsible for achieving all profit and loss goals.
