Job summary

Webb and Goldsmith Orthodontics in Charlotte, NC seeks a Clinic Manager to oversee clinic operations with the Doctor, drive growth, profitability and patient experience.

You will lead a team, manage assignments and schedules, monitor P&L, ensure compliance with OSHA/HIPAA and state regulations, and participate in local marketing to strengthen the brand.

Qualifications

• 2 years clinic experience (Smile Doctors or affiliated practice)
• 2 years supervisory experience
• Orthodontic or dental experience preferred
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Doctor to drive clinic growth and profitability.
• Lead team and manage schedules, priorities, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and improve patient experience and local brand presence through community engagement.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA and state dental board regulations.

They are responsible for achieving all profit and loss goals. Practice Directors participate in marketing activities to improve local brand reputation.How you’ll make us better:Partner with the Doctor to create a positive clinical culture, ensuring team behaviors reflect both clinical excellence and high patient care standardsLead by example with professionalism, integrity, and a positive demeanor, ensuring the office culture reflects company valuesEnsures clinic team is trained on and adopts new tools, protocols and initiativesUnderstand and monitor Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to achieve monthly goalsBuilding relationships within the local dental community and participates in local marketing effortsManage controllable costs including but not limited to labor hours and suppliesServe as a liaison between the Doctor and the team regarding team member work assignments and schedules, clinical priorities, and job performanceHandle patient escalations to resolve in a mutually beneficial wayCovers roles in the clinic when business demandsFollow established protocols to ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPPA and State Dental Board regulationsYour special skills:We’re proud of our company culture and heritage of awesomeness.
