Job summary

Greenberg Traurig seeks a Practice Development Coordinator to join its Marketing Team in a hybrid role based in one of our offices including Atlanta, Houston, Miami, Orlando or Phoenix. You will support business development and client service initiatives across real estate practice groups.

The ideal candidate writes well, manages deadlines, and collaborates with attorneys and marketing colleagues to produce proposals, submissions, and marketing materials that optimize the firm's market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two to four years of relevant experience in a marketing or business development.
• Experience at a law firm or other professional services firm is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support practice-related proposal requests and RFPs with regional and practice group managers.
• Draft proposals using practice descriptions, experience databases, and client lists.
• Create and maintain records of the firm’s specific practice experience in the experience database.
• Compile information and draft submissions for directory and ranking authorities (Chambers, Legal 500, IFLR).
• Organize practice group conference calls and follow up on action items.
• Draft, edit and distribute marketing materials, newsletters, press releases, seminars, and client communications.
• Ensure flow of information from attorneys to marketing, including biographies and practice area updates.
• Collaborate with marketing teams across the firm (communications, research, events, design).
• Gather research on targets, industries, and judges for business development needs.
• Assist in deployment of programs/events (teleconferences, webinars, seminars) and related materials and logistics.
• Collaborate with firm-wide teams to support business development efforts.
