Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a Practice Development Coordinator to join our Marketing Team in a hybrid role based in one of our offices, including Phoenix. You will work closely with Real Estate practice leaders and the global marketing team to drive business development initiatives.

The role emphasizes strong writing, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of marketing or business development experience.
• Experience at a law firm or professional services firm is preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports practice-related proposal requests and RFPs with regional and practice group managers.
• Drafts proposals using practice descriptions, experience databases, and client lists.
• Maintains records of the firm’s practice experience and directories submissions.
• Collects information and drafts submissions for directories such as Chambers USA, Legal 500, IFLR, etc.
• Organizes practice group conference calls and follows up on action items.
