Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP seeks a Practice Development Coordinator in our Miami office to join the Marketing team. You will support proposals, draft client-focused materials, and maintain practice records while coordinating events and activities across the firm’s global marketing group.

You’ll work with attorneys and Marketing to ensure accurate bios, practice area descriptions, and timely updates, reporting to the Director of Marketing in Miami. This role is in-office four days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two to Four years of relevant experience in a marketing or business development role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with firm-approved AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to support daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Supports practice-related proposal requests and RFPs.
• Drafts proposals using practice descriptions, databases, and client lists.
• Maintains records of the firm’s practice experience in the experience database.
• Gathers information for directories and ranking submissions (Chambers USA, Best Lawyers, etc.).
• Organizes practice group conference calls and follows up on action items.
• Ensures flow of information from attorneys to marketing, incl. bios and updates.
• Assists in events and marketing material production and on-site logistics.
• Enters and maintains data in marketing databases; ensures data integrity.
• Submits requests to marketing intel for research, proposals, and strategic projects.
• Collaborates across marketing and business professionals firm-wide.
