Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a Practice Development Coordinator to join our Marketing Team. Based in Atlanta with possible locations in Houston, Miami, Orlando or Phoenix, the role offers hybrid work and reports to the Senior Practice Development Manager.

The successful candidate will draft proposals, coordinate RFPs, and support business development across real estate teams. The ideal candidate is a strong writer with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two to four years of marketing or business development experience.
• Experience at a law firm or professional services firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports practice-related proposal requests and RFPs.
• Drafts proposals using practice descriptions, experience databases, and client lists.
• Maintains records of the firm’s practice experience in the experience database.
• Compiles information for directory and ranking submissions (Chambers USA, Legal 500, IFLR, etc.).
• Organizes practice group conference calls and tracks action items.
