• Bachelor’s degree required; two to four years in marketing or business development preferred.
• Experience at a law firm or professional services firm is a plus.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support practice-related proposal requests and RFPs with regional managers and BD team.
• Draft marketing materials, submissions, and client communications; maintain records of practice experience.
• Coordinate with attorneys to update biographies, practice descriptions, and activity data; assist in event logistics.
• Collaborate with marketing research to gather targets, industries, and judges for BD purposes; draft submissions for directories.
