What You Will Do

Serve as a legal advisor and business partner providing legal advice and assistance on matters related to a health law practice area.

• Provide legal advice, support and counsel to the organization's legal function in support of strategic and operational priorities within a health law practice area.
• Support, promote and implement legal initiatives.
• Advance the implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines supporting the health law practice area.
• Keep current with legal developments affecting the health law practice area and incorporate such information into advice, counsel and support for the organization.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Attorney obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate degree required.

Work Experience:

• 5 years of experience as licensed, practicing attorney required.
