The Role:

We are hiring experienced paralegals (5+ years) to join our litigation support team in California and Utah. Ideal candidates will have significant insurance defense experience and the ability to support complex case files with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review legal documents, including discovery and deposition summaries
• Manage case calendars and deadlines
• Coordinate with attorneys on trial prep, filings, and client communication
• Organize medical records, exhibits, and expert disclosures
• Support case development from intake through resolution

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation
• California candidates must have a paralegal certificate or a valid apprenticeship declaration (per CA requirements)
• Experience in areas such as transportation law, trucking, premises liability, or general liability is a plus
• Strong organizational and writing skills
• Experience with Clio or similar legal case management systems preferred
• Able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment

Work Structure & Flexibility:

• 100% remote option available for both CA and SLC hires
• Flexible schedule available based on experience and productivity
