This role offers the opportunity to manage complex injury cases from intake through resolution, advocate for clients in high-stakes matters, and work alongside a dedicated litigation team. Job Duties:

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
• Draft complaints, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and evaluate liability and damages.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court as needed.
• Work closely with clients, medical experts, and litigation teams.
• Develop strategic case plans for optimal outcomes.

Requirements:
