Jobot is seeking an experienced Practical Nursing Instructor in Connecticut to prepare future Licensed Practical Nurses. You will deliver classroom instruction, supervise skills labs, and provide clinical guidance, connecting theory with real patient care.

Ideal candidates are RNs transitioning to academia, with no previous teaching required but with strong communication and mentorship abilities. Comprehensive instructor training is provided.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut (unrestricted).
• BSN required; Master's in Nursing or related field preferred or in progress.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience as an RN.

Responsibilities

• Teach practical nursing concepts in classroom, lab, and clinical settings.
• Demonstrate nursing procedures, clinical skills, and patient care best practices.
• Prepare students for NCLEX-PN examination and support readiness for entry-level practice.
