Job summary

Tier One Partners, a Boston-based agency, is seeking an Account Executive to lead earned media campaigns, client relationships, and content creation. You will develop pitches, coordinate media interviews, and deliver measurable results across industries while collaborating with reporters and teams.

You will craft press releases, bylined articles, and concise client updates, maintaining proactive communication, reporting, and problem-solving, in a fast-paced, hybrid-work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, English, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of PR experience, at least 1 year at an agency, preferably in B2B technology.
• Proven track record developing and executing successful earned media campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in a client's earned media program, including identifying media contacts, developing pitches, and staffing media interviews.
• Develop high-quality written content, including press releases and bylined articles.
