SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a PPS Coordinator to coordinate IRF-PAI data collection and documentation, ensuring CMS guidelines are followed for accuracy. The role includes supporting the PPS Manager in PPS functions such as data collection, coding, transmittals, and corrections.

Minimum qualifications include an RN or allied health licensure and at least two years in rehab. The position offers full-time hours in Bridgeton, MO with a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license or allied health licensure is required.
• Two years of rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Experience with IRF-PAI and CMS guidelines is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate IRF-PAI data collection and documentation.
• Ensure supporting documents meet CMS guidelines.
• Oversee Section GG scoring issue resolution and PPS data tasks.
• Assist PPS Manager with IRF-PAI completion and corrections.
• Contribute to performance improvement and staff education.
