Cleveland Clinic Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital in Beachwood, OH, seeks a PPS Coordinator to oversee IRF-PAI data collection and ensure CMS guideline compliance. The role supports the PPS Manager with coding, transmittals, and corrective actions in a high-volume rehab setting.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure in nursing (RN) or allied health profession.
• Minimum of two years experience in rehabilitation or a closely related field.
• Previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the data collection on the IRF-PAI.
• Ensures supporting documentation and staff education per CMS guidelines.
• Coordinates efforts for immediate issue resolution for Section GG scoring.
• Reviews IRF-PAI data and assists PPS Manager with IRF-PAI completion.
• Supports performance improvement initiatives and staff education for proper documentation.
• Assists PPS Manager with PPS functions including IRF-PAI data collection, coding, transmittals, and corrections.
