Qualifications

• Current state licensure in nursing (RN) or allied health profession (PT, OT, SLP) required.
• Minimum of two years experience in rehabilitation or a closely related field required.
• Previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the data collection on IRF-PAI and ensures accuracy.
• Ensures presence of supporting documentation and CMS guideline compliance.
• Offsets issues for Section GG scoring and supports PPS Manager with IRF-PAI tasks.
• Reviews IRF-PAI data and supports staff education for CMS standards.
• Aids PPS Manager with PPS functions including data collection, coding, and corrections.
