Job summary

UF Health Rehabilitation Hospital seeks a PPS Coordinator - PRN for our North facility. The role focuses on IRF-PAI data collection, ensuring documentation, CMS guideline adherence, and supporting PPS functions. Per-Diem/PRN schedule supports flexible hours in inpatient rehabilitation.

Ideal candidates have nursing or allied health licensure and at least two years in rehab, with prior experience. This position contributes to quality patient care and compliance across CMS standards.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure in nursing (RN) or allied health profession (PT, OT, SLP) required.
• Minimum of two years experience in rehabilitation or a closely related field required.
• Previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data collection on IRF-PAI and ensure supporting documentation.
• Provide staff education to ensure CMS guideline compliance.
• Assist PPS Manager with IRF-PAI completion and related tasks.
• Support PPS functions including IRF-PAI data collection, medical coding, transmittals, and corrections.
