Job summary

Riverside Rehabilitation Hospital in Yorktown, VA is seeking a PPS Coordinator to coordinate IRF-PAI data collection and ensure CMS-compliant documentation in a per diem, on-site role. The position requires nursing licensure (RN) or allied health licensure and prior rehabilitation experience. ICD-10 knowledge is a plus.

The PPS Coordinator will support the PPS Manager with IRF-PAI processes, data accuracy, and staff education to optimize CMS scoring and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure in nursing (RN) or allied health profession (PT, OT, SLP) required.
• Minimum of two years experience in rehabilitation or a closely related field required.
• Experience with ICD-10 coding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the data collection on the IRF-PAI.
• Ensures supporting documentation and staff education for CMS guidelines.
• Coordinates all efforts for immediate issue resolution concerning Section GG scoring.
• Assists PPS Manager with IRF-PAI data collection, medical coding, transmittals, and correction.
