Job summary

UChicago Medicine's Ingalls Memorial Hospital in Harvey seeks a PPS Coordinator Perspective Payment System for Inpatient Rehab. You will manage data collection, completion and transmission of IRF-PAI to CMS, ensuring accurate documentation and compliant submissions.

You will collaborate with rehab teams, maintain FIM data, monitor CMS updates, and support quality improvement and staff education to uphold census and reimbursement integrity.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited health-related program and valid state license.
• Minimum four years of clinical experience with leadership abilities.
• Training in IRF-PAI coordination and familiarity with CMS rules.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to hospital policies, procedures and standards of care.
• Collects, completes and transmits IRF-PAI data within required timelines.
• Collaborates with rehab teams to ensure accurate FIM scoring and CMG placement.
• Maintains data quality and supports ongoing competency of staff.
• Monitors CMS updates and ensures compliance prior to submission.
