Job summary

Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) in Melbourne, FL is seeking a PPM System Admin to oversee the administration, optimization, and support of the SCCU PPM platform within the PMO. You will ensure data integrity, configure workflows, and deliver reporting and analytics to guide leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience administering enterprise PPM systems such as Planview, Clarity, Microsoft Project Server, ServiceNow PPM, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or similar STEM concentration is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain SCCU’s PPM platform with reliable day‑to‑day performance and data accuracy.
• Troubleshoot issues; escalate complex problems to ensure timely resolution.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using the PPM platform and Power BI.
• Translate business needs into technical configurations, workflow automation, and integrations.
• Design, build, and test custom configurations within the PPM tool before production deployment.
• Provide user training and clear process documentation to improve adoption.
• Manage project intake, track business cases, and generate resource‑loaded plans and what‑if scenarios.
• Oversee the PMO's SharePoint document library and workflow approvals.
