Qualifikationen

• 5 to 8 years of experience in software analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Experience with core and web-based systems across the SDLC.
• Proven ability to design, test, and maintain financial applications.

Aufgaben

• Respond to end user trouble calls and escalate as needed, tracking tickets for knowledge reuse.
• Design, develop, test, and integrate moderately complex internal and external applications and services.
• Provide tier III technical support for staff on core and web systems.
• Review and modify applications, diagnose problems, and document fixes.
• Leverage AI to analyze requirements, generate or refactor code, and assist troubleshooting.
