Job summary

Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) is seeking a PPM System Admin to manage our enterprise PPM platform, dashboards, and governance within the PMO. You will optimize resources, configure workflows, and provide analytics to executives and project teams.

You will train users, maintain dashboards in Power BI, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure the platform evolves with our needs. A Planview/Clarity background is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or similar STEM concentration is required.
• 3–5 years of experience administering enterprise PPM platforms within a PMO/IT governance environment.
• PPM platform training or certification in Planview, Clarity, ServiceNow PPM, Microsoft Project Server, or Primavera strongly preferred.
• Power BI or data analytics training with data modeling, reporting, and visualization is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain SCCU’s PPM platform for reliable performance and data accuracy across portfolios.
• Troubleshoot, document, and resolve system issues; escalate complex problems as needed.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards and reports using the PPM platform and Power BI for leadership decisions.
• Analyze business needs and translate requirements into technical configurations and workflow automations within the PPM environment.
• Design, build, and implement custom configurations in the PPM tool’s development environment; test and prepare for production deployment.
• Provide user training, demonstrations, and process documentation to improve system adoption.
• Support project intake, track business cases, generate resource-loaded plans, and conduct what-if scenario planning to optimize resource utilization.
• Oversee and manage PMO's SharePoint document library, create subsites, manage approvals, and ensure adherence to SCCU standards.
