Job summary

XPEL is seeking an Installer Trainee to develop skills in quality installation, customer service, and product knowledge. You will be responsible for learning the correct installation methods and maintaining professional relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.

The role involves transporting vehicles to and from XPEL facilities and other locations, while maintaining dependable attendance and punctuality in a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of driving experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy.
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles.
• Excellent eye hand coordination and dexterity.
• Must listen and follow instructions well.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employee.
