Job summary

XPEL, Inc. in Illinois is seeking an Installer Trainee. You will grow in quality, customer service and installation of our products.

You will train to install with high quality, maintain professional relationships with local customers (wholesale and retail), and support vehicle transport to XPEL facilities and third-party locations. The role requires a HS diploma or GED, 2+ years of driving experience, a clean driving record, and strong eye-hand coordination.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, 18+ years old with 2 years driving experience.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy.
• Ability to safely drive high-end vehicles.
• Excellent eye hand coordination and dexterity.
• Must listen and follow instructions well.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employee.
