Job summary

XPEL is seeking an Installer Trainee to grow in quality, customer service and the installation of our products. You will learn the proper installation techniques and contribute to a high standard of workmanship.

This role requires driving high-end vehicles, maintaining professional relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and reliably transporting vehicles to and from XPEL facilities. A strong eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy.
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles.
• Excellent eye hand coordination and dexterity.
• Must listen and follow instructions well.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees.
