Job summary

XPEL is seeking an Installer Trainee in Florida to grow in quality, customer service and installation of our products. The role includes training to install with high quality and maintaining professional relationships with local customers.

Responsibilities include transporting vehicles to XPEL facilities and third-party locations, ensuring punctual attendance, and performing various related duties. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license with a clean record are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of driving experience and 18+ years old.
• Clean driving record and insurability per policy.
• Ability to safely drive high-end vehicles.

• Maintain and preserve professional relationships with local XPEL customers, both wholesale and retail
• Transport vehicles to and from XPEL facilities and other third-party locations
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy.
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles
• Excellent eye hand coordination and dexterity
• Must listen and follow instructions well
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees
