Job summary

XPEL is seeking an Installer Trainee in Tampa, FL to grow in quality, customer service and professional vehicle installation. You will learn the proper methods to install our products and support the team in daily duties.

The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, reliable attendance and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining courteous relations with wholesale and retail customers. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely drive high-end vehicles.
• Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and preserve professional relationships with local XPEL customers, both wholesale and retail
• Transport vehicles to and from XPEL facilities and other third-party locations
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company's motor vehicle insurance policy.
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles
• Excellent eye hand coordination and dexterity
• Must listen and follow instructions well
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees
