Job summary

XPEL is seeking an Installer Trainee in Chicago to grow in quality, customer service, and installation of our products. This entry-level role emphasizes learning how to install with precision and to maintain strong client relationships with wholesale and retail customers.

As part of the training program, you will transport vehicles between XPEL facilities and third-party locations, maintain punctual attendance, and perform various job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles.
• Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company's motor vehicle insurance policy.
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles
• Excellent eye hand coordination and dexterity
• Must listen and follow instructions well
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employee
