Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, sales training, or field enablement in PPE/industrial distribution.
• Strong PPE product knowledge (hand protection, eye/face protection, clothing).
• Proven ability to influence sales professionals and end users in field settings.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and virtual training on PPE products and value propositions.
• Partner with field sales teams to support visits, demos, and onboarding.
• Create immersive learning experiences that drive real-world application.
• Translate product features into clear, value-based messaging for customers.
• Support new product launches through field activation and training.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Assess training needs in the field and evolve programs based on feedback.
• Serve as subject matter expert on PPE products and trends.
• Act as evangelist for the PIP Global Safety brand nationwide.
• Travel extensively to support field engagement (up to 90%).
