Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager for HVAC accounts. You will own paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, and more, manage budgets, pacing, and creative testing, and drive the narrative on client calls.

You’ll craft 90-day roadmaps and quarterly plans while building long-term client relationships. The role requires hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta, a proven ROAS/CPA track record, and strong English communication with US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta (campaigns built and optimized).
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with measurable results.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• HVAC or multi-location business experience is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the numbers story.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationship.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
