Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager, HVAC to own paid media for HVAC clients across multi-location groups. You set budgets, roadmaps, and narratives for client discussions.

You will manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, test creatives, and ensure trusted conversion tracking. A strong agency background and US-English on live calls are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through
• Agency experience across several clients at once
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls
• Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
