Job summary

ProCleared LLC is seeking a senior analyst to lead essential financial management for a program or group of programs. The role involves in-depth budget analyses, defending budgets to oversight bodies, and preparing testimony and briefings for high-level inquiries.

The successful candidate will have a TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years of relevant experience, and a Master’s degree. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus DoD IC process experience, are required.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree.
• Proven track record providing financial support to programs.
• Proficient in advanced Excel formulas and PivotTables.
• Capable of building financial charts and briefings in PowerPoint.
• Experience presenting budget analyses to management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; handle confidential information.
• Three years of DoW/IC financial processes experience; CDFM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal program build activities, including budget analysis and documentation.
• Justify and defend programs and budgets to oversight bodies.
• Prepare budget testimony, briefing materials, and responses to inquiries.
• Conduct complex financial data analysis and identify multi-year trends.
• Support development of spend plans and funding shortfall strategies.
