Job summary

Taghleef Industries seeks a motivated Secondary Material Business Developer–Polypropylene to lead commercial development and sales of PP secondary materials from Terre Haute, Indiana. You will identify new markets, build customer relationships, and maximize value from PP lumps, film scrap, edge trim, and other recycled PP materials.

This onsite role requires collaboration with manufacturing, production, and quality teams.

Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing, plastics processing, PP materials, or recycling.
Ability to develop business relationships and identify market opportunities.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to prospect, visit customers, and work across a broad geographic territory.
Onsite work at Terre Haute, IN.
Traditional sales background not required; relevant manufacturing/technical experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue from PP secondary materials.
Identify and develop new opportunities with processors, molders, recyclers, and distributors.
Build and maintain a customer pipeline and convert opportunities to long-term relationships.
Collaborate with production, quality, and technical teams to align material specs and applications.
Support recycling expansions and commercial opportunities for recycled materials.
