Taghleef Industries, Inc. is seeking a Secondary Material Business Developer – Polypropylene to drive commercial development of PP secondary materials generated at Terre Haute, IN.

This onsite role focuses on market expansion, new customer relationships, and maximizing revenue from PP lumps, film scrap, edge trim, and off-spec materials across the United States. The ideal candidate combines manufacturing knowledge with commercial acumen, and experience in plastics recycling, injection molding,

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, plastics processing, polypropylene materials, recycling, or related technical sales.
• Ability to learn technical product characteristics and customer applications.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel across a broad geographic territory and work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue from polypropylene secondary materials.
• Identify new business opportunities with processors, recyclers, distributors and related partners.
• Build and maintain a customer pipeline across the United States.
• Coordinate material trials and customer evaluations with internal teams.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and technical teams to improve material value.
• Support recycling initiatives and expansion at the Terre Haute facility.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery to maximize profitability.
