Taghleef Industries, a global leader in specialty BOPP films, seeks a Business Development Manager in Rosedale, IN to drive revenue by growing a customer base of PP transformers and distributors.

You will leverage technical PP knowledge and strong sales skills to negotiate terms and manage end-to-end deals, while coordinating with production and logistics to ensure quality and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in PP transformation or plastics recycling.
• Exposure to PP processes (injection molding, raffia/tape extrusion, thermoforming).
• Experience with international or cross-border sales (Incoterms, export docs) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard buyers for PP secondary materials.
• Build a pipeline and convert leads to contracts with clear volume, quality, and pricing terms.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and logistics; manage sales deals.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure grading and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and legal requirements for scrap handling and sales.
