Job summary

RPM xConstruction, LLC is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead on-site crews for turnkey infrastructure projects in Texas, including excavation and road work. • Five years experience as a foreman.
• Ability to work 5am–6pm, Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill all duties of the Operators and lead the crew.
• Train operators and laborers to be fully operational within one week.
• Observe employees on job sites at least weekly and provide leadership guidance.
• Attend all scheduled meetings and follow safety procedures.
• Demonstrate teamwork and ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and DOT guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Must be able to fulfill all duties and responsibilities of the Operators
• Trains new operators and laborers such that they are fully operational within one week
• Visits all job sites, observing employees while on the job such that each employee is observed at least once a week
• Provides leadership guidance to employees
• Attends all scheduled meetings
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Actively demonstrates teamwork at all times
• Follows all OSHA, MSHA, DOT and other safety guidelines
• Provides excellent customer service, for both internal and external customers
