Job summary

A leading Texas-based construction company is seeking a Multiple Machines Operator to join their team. Responsibilities include transporting materials, maintaining equipment, and performing routine maintenance. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in the construction industry, basic English skills, and the ability to meet physical demands of the job. The work schedule is Monday to Saturday, from 5am to 6pm. This position provides an opportunity to be part of a successful construction team.

Laborers work on construction projects, and excavations. They may operate a variety of equipment including earth tampers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment. They clean and prepare job sites, dig trenches, place shoring to support the sides of excavations, clean up rubble and debris.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Transport materials and equipment to and from construction sites
• Maintain the truck in good working condition
• Perform routine maintenance on the truck, such as oil changes and tire rotations
• Report any mechanical issues to the supervisor
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

• 1+ years of experience within the construction industry.
• Basic understanding of English to read and understand work instructions and safety information.

• Ability to meet physical demands of the job which include, but are not limited to: walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, sitting, squatting, and occasionally lifting and carrying items which may weigh up to 25 pounds.
• Must be available for work 5am – 6pm Monday through Saturdays.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to machines and chemicals at various times. The noise level in the work environment is usually high.
