Job summary

RPM xConstruction LLC in Texas is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple sites. The role requires oversight of subcontractors, adherence to safety standards, and ensuring projects meet schedule and quality requirements.

You will train new operators, visit job sites weekly, and provide strong leadership to teams. Ideal candidates have at least five years as a Superintendent, strong safety compliance knowledge, and the ability to manage diverse crews from dawn

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic understanding of English to read and understand work instructions and safety information.
• Must be able to follow directions.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job which include, but are not limited to: walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, sitting, squatting, and occasionally lifting and carrying items which may weigh up to 25 pounds.
• Minimum of five years experience as a Superintendent
• Vision and hearing must be within or correctable to within normal range.
• Must be available for work 5am-6pm Monday through Saturdays.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to machines and chemicals at various times. The noise level in the work environment is usually high.

• Follows all OSHA, MSHA, DOT and other safety guidelines.
• Provides excellent customer service for both internal and external customers.
