Job summary

RPM xConstruction, LLC is seeking a seasoned foreman to supervise field crews on turnkey infrastructure projects in Texas. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and daily site leadership to deliver on schedule and budget.

You will train operators, inspect sites, attend meetings, and ensure OSHA/DOT guidelines are followed. A High School Diploma or GED and five years as a foreman are required; expect early start hours and physical work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Five years experience as a foreman required.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and safety information.
• Available for work 5am–6pm, Monday through Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Train new operators and laborers to be fully operational within one week.
• Visit job sites and observe employees at least once a week.
• Provide leadership guidance to employees and participate in meetings.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines and OSHA, MSHA, DOT rules.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Trains new operators and laborers such that they are fully operational within one week
• Visits all job sites, observing employees while on the job such that each employee is observed at least once a week
• Provides leadership guidance to employees
• Attends all scheduled meetings
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Actively demonstrates teamwork at all times
• Follows all OSHA, MSHA, DOT and other safety guidelines
• Provides excellent customer service, for both internal and external customers

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic understanding of English to read and understand work instructions and safety information.
• Must be able to follow directions.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job which include, but are not limited to: walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, sitting, squatting, and occasionally lifting and carrying items which may weigh up to 25 pounds.
• Minimum of five years experience as a foreman
• Vision and hearing must be within or correctable to within normal range.
• Must be available for work 5am – 6pm Monday through Saturdays.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to machines and chemicals at various times. The noise level in the work environment is usually high.
