Job summary

RPM xConstruction, LLC is seeking a Truck Operator to move and transport materials on our Texas-based construction sites. You will perform routine maintenance, follow loading and unloading procedures, and report any mechanical issues to supervision.

The role requires basic English literacy, the ability to follow directions, and the physical capacity to handle weights up to 25 pounds. Expect a high-noise environment and a schedule that includes early hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic understanding of English to read work instructions.
• Ability to follow directions accurately.
• Ability to meet physical demands (lift up to 25 pounds) and sometimes stand or squat.
• Position requires 5% outside inspection and 95% sitting and operating the equipment.
• Exposure to noisy work environments is expected.

Responsibilities

• Operates truck to move and transport materials on site.
• Performs routine maintenance on the truck (oil changes, tire rotations).
• Follows loading/unloading procedures and safety guidelines.
• Reports mechanical issues to supervisor.
