Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering field with hands-on controls experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional powertrain projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of high voltage power electronics and charging systems.
• Experience with HIL testing and embedded software validation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks, budgets, and schedules in complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and manage project milestones and technical commitments.
• Provide technical leadership and drive decision-making across internal and external partners.
• Identify and mitigate technical, schedule, and resource risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate engineering resources and supplier activities to meet quality and cost targets.
• Communicate project status and risks to senior leadership and align with strategic priorities.
