Job summary

Peugeot Sport (Stellantis Motorsport) seeks a Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer-UPE to support North America powertrain battery tray/frame, casting, components, engine, and transmission programs. You will partner with an engineering team to develop and launch processes ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost across NM, NNM, and adaptation programs.

The role requires travel 21–40% and collaboration across plants in MI, IN, ON, MX, and OH, aligning with SIS and shop-floor improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate data into executive summaries.
• Experience with cost studies and strategic planning.
• Willingness to travel 21–40%.

Responsibilities

• Assess process changes and investment needs for cost studies.
• Define scope with RFQs, sourcing, design, and installation of components.
• Support NM/NNM powertrain program needs and budget.
• Assist NM facilities including site prep and machine installation.
• Track scope, timing and cost to meet goals.
• Drive SIS methodology and root cause problem solving across plants.
